Barack Obama/Bill Richardson

vs

Rudy Giuliani/Mike Huckabee (sounds crazy, but Giuliani may want someone who can reel in the evangelicals for him).

Obama/Richardson vs. Brownback/Thompson

Just a total guess on the Republican side. I get the feeling, though, that none of the current 'big three' will end up being the nominee.

I'm pretty convinced that the Democratic ticket will be Obama/Richardson at this point. The Republican ticket is much more up in the air.

Richardson-Vilsack v. Giuliani-Brownback

I realize that it is a longshot that we have the first time where all four candidates are Catholics, but still.

Republicans have become so good at attacking they have forgot how to unite to win.  They will destroy their own front runners leaving

Mitt Romney/Sam Brownback

Democrat:

Al Gore/Barack Obama

Republicans
For President: Fmr. Mayor Rudy Giuliani (NYC)
For Vice President: Gov. Haley Barbour (Miss.)

Democrats
For President: Sen. Barack Obama (Ill.)
For Vice President: Fmr. Gov. Mark Warner (Va.)

But, hell, I don't know. The Democrats could very conceivably nominated Hillary Clinton or John Edwards as their presidential nominee and regardless of who leads the ticket, the running mate could be Bill Richardson, Evan Bayh, Tom Vilsack, Kathleen Sebelius, Wesley Clark, even Chris Dodd or Dick Durbin (provided the nominees aren't Hillary or Obama, respectively.)

And the Republicans could very easily have McCain or Romney or even Fred Thompson as their presidential nominee. Though I think with any of them Tim Pawlenty, Haley Barbour, Mike Huckabee, even Bob Riley or Jeb Bush are all strong possibilities.

Clinton/Richardson(D) V. Guliani/Hukabee(R)

I am now leaning toward a Guliani/Thompson ticket
