Jacksonville has some definitely non urban areas in the city limits.

Those are metro areas, not the actual city limits.

Yeah, I wondered too when I saw Indianapolis going for Bush 2-1, when Marion County, where Indy is located in, was won by Kerry. And Indy makes up 90% of Marion county ...

The biggest give away is Detroit.
