     Merely approve. I don't agree with his judicial philosophy as much as I do with Thomas's.

Over the top sometimes, but incredibly brilliant.  Definitely makes reading USSC opinions worthwhile.

Disapprove because I disagree strongly with his judicial philosophy, but I greatly respect his legal acumen (as conservatives had to do in William J. Brennan's case)
