Survey of 800 Likely Voters
April 9-10, 2007

John McCain (R) 42%
Barack Obama (D)  48%

Mitt Romney (R) 37%
Barack Obama (D)  52%

Obama is viewed favorably by 59%, McCain by 55%, Romney by 22%. Obama’s rating is now the highest favorability of any Presidential hopeful—the first time anybody other than former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani has topped the list.
