2003 Q1: NRCC outraises DCCC $22.9M to $7.4M
2005 Q1: NRCC outraises DCCC $19.8M to $12.4M
2007 Q1: NRCC loses to DCCC $15.8M to $19.0M

Terrible news for the Republicans. If the election is decided on the issues, they don't have a chance.
