PROPOSITION 40: The Civil Partnership Bill
This bill will create the Civil Partnerships Register. All couples over the age of consent, and where the relationship is freely entered into may register their details with this register. After this step, each partner will be considered by all regional authorities as the next-of-kin of the other. Entitling them to all regional support and full partner status.

A document to be entitled a Separation notice, signed by both parties and a regional judge is required to remove the couple from the register.

INITIATIVE 25: THE CARBON REDUCTION INITIATIVE.

This bill will aim that a target reduction of 60% (SIXTY) Percent will be achieved in overall regional carbon emmissions by the year 2060
