Well, I shoudl finish what I started, so here it goes:
(August 26-September 14) Richardson inevitably wins the Democratic nomination by 50 votes. He selects runner-up Obama to be his veep. After the convention, Perot drops out and endorses Richardson. Gore hints that he might consider endorsing Nader, but untimately sticks with Richardson/Obama. For the Senate races, Gravel was not allowed to run in Alaska, Freudenthal leads Cubin, Udall leads Schaffer, Warner leads Davis, and Nelson leads Johanns. On the other hand, Coleman is beating Ciresi, Landrieu is beating Jenkins, Bruning is beating Fahey, and Collins is beating Allen. Bloomberg puts his campaign into full gear, and the debates are looming in a few weeks.
