Was Nevada winnable for Gore in 2000? Or was it too much of an uphill battle?

The general spread was 49-45-2 between Bush-Gore-Nader

Gore could have won Nevada if he had campaigned with Clinton and/or if he had picked a better VP (like Feinstein). It wasn't an impossible state for him to win.
