I agree... I think they should be in the EV.  After all, Suriname was Dutch, and East Timor was Portuguese.

Yeah, well Mozambique was Portuguese too. I'm not giving Europe ecery ex-colony or we might as well declare them the winners befire starting.

East Timor has very strong ties to the Australians, who are, of course, big commonwealthers. And non-Latin CARICOM went strongly for Kingdom 1 (because it was mostly Commonwealth) and Suriname followed suit.

Also, you don't know who has claims on what territories yet. In fact, only the player of thr country with the claim will know.

I resized the Imperial seal by cutting it out of the flag, put it into a paint document, put the text in, then put the Imperial seal on the other side.
