How the heck do you confuse (over a period of weeks) death by strangulation and death by natural causes?

How the heck do you confuse (over a period of weeks) death by strangulation and death by natural causes?

I still don't believe it was natural causes, it seemed a bit too dodgy that he died after the Pakistani cricket team was eliminated from the World Cup.

Yeah, but it turns out that there's no evidence that he didn't die of natural causes. The police's assumption that it was murder seems to have been based on a broken bone in his neck that wasn't actually broken.

Yeah. So after a while, they got a second and a third opinion on that and it was all cleared up. Happens.
