A source from the Cheka-OGPU says that natives of Ingushetia have been put on the wanted list on suspicion of involvement in the attack on Crocus:

Gurazhev Amirkhan 1989

Ozdoev Adam 1987

Tsuroev Zelimkhan 2000
So as suspected it was an attack by

German media quoting a spokesman for a Ukrainian intel service who suggests it could have been an inside job by Russian authorities to blame it on Ukraine. I honestly thought about that as well, even though I would be extremely cautious with such accusations. Putin may be ruthless enough to pull the trigger here, but he would have to be 200% certain that the truth never surfaces.

If it's ISIS the West must prepare too. A resurgent ISIS is bad for everyone.

Well staging a terrorist attack that kills hundreds of Russians to win domestic support for a war is something Putin has experience in

"Russia’s intelligence community has reportedly ruled out both Ukraine and ISIS as potential perpetrators of today’s terrorist attack outside Moscow. A special operational HQ is still working out who might be responsible."

ISIS also carried out a large attack in Iran earlier this year, which ended up getting blamed on Pakistan for unclear reasons, so, you know, when there's a motivation there's a way.

Putin's arrogance and paranoia once again result in hundreds of innocent lives being lost.
If Russians weren't a bunch of docile sheep he'd already be in the company of Gaddafi.

Certainly the world would be better off if more Russians were loudmouth, obnoxious hacks on online forums.

Apparently the US Embassy and other Western diplomats warned in recent weeks a terror attack could occur. The Kremlin and Russian authorities dennounced these warnings as "provocation" and "Western propaganda".

And now they're going to blame the West. It's all so predictable.

You should delete this, this has been debunked:
1. This is an old warrant list for a group of people who were killed in in early-March: https://t.me/RVvoenkor/64328
2. The FSB or any other Russian law enforcement as of yet has not released a list of suspects involved.
3. While we're at it, the is no such thing as an "Ingushetian" - the demonym is 'Ingush', lol.

Inherently this is the Russian government’s fault. They have blood on their hands.

Well it looks like the above tweet was wrong:

Rob Lee: "A U.S. official tells CBS News the U.S. has intelligence confirming the Islamic State's claims of responsibility, and that they have no reason to doubt those claims. The U.S. official also confirmed that the U.S. provided intelligence to Russia"

Supposedly it's ISIS-K. And from what I can gather, it's a branch composed of people from Central Asia and Afghanistan. What beef do they have with Russia??

According to this, the usual Islamic terrorist grievances: "“ISIS-K accuses the Kremlin of having Muslim blood in its hands, referencing Moscow’s interventions in Afghanistan, Chechnya, and Syria,”  counterterrorism analyst Colin P. Clarke tells NYT, which says it’s unclear how much info USA gave Russian officials beyond what was in the public warning. https://www.nytimes.com/2024/03/22/world/europe/isis-moscow-attack-concert-hall.html?smid=url-share"

I dunno, what beef could radical Islamist terrorists possibly have with non-Muslims?

Predictable, yet still shameless and disgusting:

"Russian TV airs fake video in which Ukrainian security official claims responsibility for Moscow terrorist attack

In a special news broadcast on the Crocus City Hall terrorist attack, the Russian television network NTV aired a fake video in which Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council Secretary Oleksiy Danilov supposedly confirms Kyiv’s involvement in Friday’s terrorist attack. The video in question uses edited footage from several days ago, Meduza has concluded."

Regardless of whose fault this is, such an attack could only have been made possible thanks to Putin’s invasion creating an incredible workload for Russian security agencies.

"The longer Russian federal agencies wait to make an official attribution claim for Friday’s terrorist attack in Moscow, the more I worry the Kremlin is merely fine-tuning its exploitation of this tragedy and preparing to levy dubious allegations at Ukraine."
