WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Democratic Party, with $63 million in the bank, plans to launch a massive ad campaign against President Bush as John Kerry crosses the United States by bus, train and boat after next week's nominating convention.

The Democrats have already run more ads in Battleground states than the Republicans, now they plan to dramatically increase their advertising.

Interestingly, Kerry can give his left over money to the DNC but this is not considered coordinating with them, which would be illegal under finance laws.  Clearly shows that the finance laws are a sham
