NWA Senate Vote Scorecard
by South Park Conservative

This is where the National Weekly Atlasian will keep track of how our senators are voting on important contested bills1. Currently, the only bill of such nature to have been voted on was the Amendment to the LGB Trade Bill, but hopefully we will have more contested votes to come. Here are the ratings so far, based on that one bill:

MasterJedi 100%
North Carolina Yankee 100%
Franzl -
Afleitch -
Fritz -
Tmthforu94 0%
Purple State 0%
Hashemite 0%
Marokai Blue 0%
Maxque 0%

1Only contested bills are included in this scorecard because otherwise the ratings would all be too similar.

What about the amendment to the LGB Dignity bill?  Wasn't that "contested?"

Define contested, I don't get it.

A bill that doesn't get near unanimous support. That's what I think he means.

Is this something like the NRA? Is the NWA now picking sides on bills? I imagine you will be announcing which bills you will be scoring in the future.

Of course, but now they are really going to start picking and choosing. I am honestly no fan of this sort of political manipulation and will be voting on bills as I believe is a proper representation of the will of my constituents, rather than according to the will of the NWA.

Atlasians Predict Senate Election Results
by South Park Conservative

In another NWA-commisioned poll, 22 Atlasians gave their predictions over who would be elected to the Senate in August. DA Senator Franzl was predicted by most to win reelection. Next were the JCP senators Fritz and Marokai Blue. After them, Former Senator and Lt. Governor SPC was predicted to take a seat for the RPP. Senator Afleitch was also predicted to win re-election. Although they did not make the top five, DA Senator Purple State and RPP Northeast Chairman RowanBrandon were predicted as long-shots. Altogether, the poll predicted one RPP gain and one DA loss.

It's a newspaper! Who says that you have to vote the way I like? Or was that a Freudian slip revealing your obvious attempts to pander to my party?

BTW, I had a Senate scorecard since I started the NWA. I just revived it for tradition.

I'm still baffled as to why the JCP does not run a third candidate, the honestly have the numbers with a little outside the support to get really close to it and still having 2 even if they miss.  What surprises me is that the RPP only has about 2 less members now.

Yep, great thing that the JCP doesn't have any zombie voters, right? Oh wait....

Yeah, how could we forget such great JCP members as Tender Branson, Lunar, RosettaStoned, BRTD, Flyers2010, px75, and Daniel Z, among others?

Funny, considering how many inactive SDP members there were during its heyday.

They at least participate in the forum at large. As opposed to one of your members who thinks Elvis would be a Huckabee supporter.

Yeah, I don't see how participating in the forum at-large is so great when you're a quasi-troll that people only like for being the proverbial "life of the party".
