Mostly posting this wondering if Phillip or Emsworth read it.  A short Constitutional analysis (mostly towards promoting his Libertarian veiwpoint).  However he does raise a lot of good points.  (and of course) leaves out huge chunks of information (really said nothing at all about the 14th Amendment).
