No. In a perfect world everyone would learn in good public school but if society fails to provide a good quality education for free I don't blame parents wanting their own children to get a good education.

They can be, but they don't have to be.  Also, to the extent they can be, it's overwhelmingly at the "disparate impact" level vs. intentionally.

They discriminate on the basis of class.

They discriminate on the basis of class.

Is your position that they don't discriminate on the basis of race?

Poorer people of all races would find it harder to enroll their children in private schools and I guarantee that richer people of minority races would enroll their children in private schools/move to a good school than send their children to a bad public school.

Depends on how you think about wealth inequality and how it interconnects with race in America

Private schools are financially discriminatory.

If as a secondary consequence of that, it favours a particular race, than you could argue it is a corollary.

Possibly, but most private schools are a waste of money anyway.

Yeah this. Some definitely are racially discriminatory.

However, private schools are (obviously) primarily financially discriminatory.

Nominally no.
In practice, yes.

Are all private schools, 100% of them, the same as one another?

No. Disparate racial impact != racial discrimination, morally speaking. Of course SCOTUS has another opinion, but hopefully not for long…

Why are you so needlessly pedantic about questions like this? It doesn't matter the topic; you'll do it every time.

The spirit of the question is very clearly asking about private schools, generally speaking.

The point is making broad generalizations about thousands of individual institutions is foolhardy, especially when branding them with something nuanced like racial and economic discrimination

But more importantly rather who are you to police how people post here? All you do is make inflammatory comments and then run to ask for ppl to be banned in the mods thread, just make usual  generic dem posts and run along

Yes, though that's mostly a byproduct rather than an intent these days.
