It is flawed, but it does a lot of good things. It can definitely be a force for good, but it should be careful to not overstep its authority. (I didn't vote in the poll)

The controversy it has caused seems like an inevitable outcome of replacing the ad hoc courts that had been set up for the same purpose previously with a body supposed to bind the whole world at once, even though I obviously find that unfortunate.

Maybe worth pointing out that Karim Ahmad Khan is not "the" ICC. He is not even the head of the ICC.
