Not sure what counties CultureKing has been to, but here are some possibilities for me:

Lewis and Clark, MT
Flathead, MT
Lake, MT
Cascade, MT
Meagher, MT
Nez Perce, ID
Latah, ID
Yakima, WA
Chelan, WA
Whitman, WA
Klickitat, WA
I know I went on vacation with my family once to somewhere in NE Oregon (from Spokane) but I don't really remember where. It is also possible I went to the Tri-Cities when I was young. I could be missing the Northeastern-most counties in WA and maybe a couple in Montana, as well.
