Gporter asks how Eisenhower  would have done if he had been able to run for a third term, then goes of on a tangent about a third term for Reagan. Hilarity ensues as he argues that Reagan caused the end of the COld War singlehandedly.

Shame the thread's been deleted.

I especially loved this line of argument.

"Reagan ended the Cold War."

A few posts later....

"I never said Reagan ended the Cold War. Show me one instant where I claimed that."

(WarnerforSenate does so. Gporter's response: "You are a Democratic hack. And you're a little boy. I've just turned 16 so I can say that because I'm two years older than you.")

That was it in a nutshell, basically. Ah, fun times.

This was not on this forum, but it needs to be said.

As we all know, yesterday was Dr. Martin Luther King, Junior, Day. As is customary, my university's newspaper asks some elementary school kids about Dr. King. This year's "big question" was "What would Dr. King be doing today if he was alive?" A good question, and many of the kids gave fine answers. However, this one caught my eye:

Nice to see I didn't need to nominate myself again Smiley

I would've nominated you that time, but I forgot. Tongue

It's been deleted! *gasps*

I wonder who deleted it, and why they did.

No need for context:

If he was rejecting her advances, how did his testicle get within range of her mouth?

McCain 2008, btw.

And then we can watch as a bonus all of the times he calls Alex Trebek a Democratic hack.

Let's just say that at the end of the day, you'll definitley have 100% of precincts reporting.

They'll be recounting me all day long.

Although really that whole thread, inspirational BRTD quote included, belongs here.

Forget that. It's the fact that he considers films with Howie Mandel, Ted Danson, and Chuck Norris to be classics.
