Good one.  There are many reasons, of course, but primarily just because I was taught to do so.  Nevertheless I would like to point out that my post made the political analysis that America is too racist to elect a black, and thus my own racism is not particularly relevant, and certainly demographically insignificant.  Though perhaps a 'case in point'.

I will probably end up supporting the Democratic nominee anyway, including Barack Obama, but that remains to be seen as we "officially" kick-off the 2008 Presidential Campaign, or as CNN Political Analyst Candy Crowley calls it -- "primetime".
