Anyone else spot this? There isn't already a thread about this, is there?

http://www.vajoe.com/candidate_calculator.html

Never been one to criticize biased nature, but I have the feeling some of the questions were written by a conservative. For example, they specifically address the voucher system and no child left behind. Those are miniscule compared to the problems facing education today.

By the way, I stated I'd vote for Richardson and still intend to if he's anywhere on the ballot besides one of the Republican slots, of course. However, my match appears to be Edwards(85%+).

Not a very big surprise..

My match is Mike Gravel (85.19%)

After that, Kucinich (81.48%) and then Ol' Bill Richardson on 59% - LOL at the difference (and I'd say that's somewhat accurate)

Of course it's not like I actually have a vote in this.

I got Ohio Representative Dennis Kucinich (D)89.58% match

Former Alaska Senator Mike Gravel (D) - 85.42%
Illinois Senator Barack Obama (D) - 83.33%
New York Senator Hillary Clinton (D) - 75.00%

Former North Carolina Senator John Edwards (D) - 75.00%
Delaware Senator Joseph Biden (D) - 70.83%
New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson (D) - 66.67%
Connecticut Senator Christopher Dodd (D) - 65.63%
Texas Representative Ron Paul (R) - 46.88%
Wisconsin Governor Tommy Thompson (R) - 46.88%
Businessman John Cox (R) - 39.58%
Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani (R) - 37.50%
Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee (R) - 35.42%
Arizona Senator John McCain (R) - 22.92%

Kansas Senator Sam Brownback (R) - 18.75%
Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney (R) - 14.58%
Colorado Representative Tom Tancredo (R) - 14.58%
Former Tennessee Senator Fred Thompson (R) - 14.58%

Even if this allegedly composed by conservatives, over a fourth of respondents got either Mike Gravel (whom I would have preferred) or Dennis Kucinich. Of the top-tiers, I was starting to support Edwards, since Obama's health-care plan lacks teeth and his foreign policy proposals make him look foolish.

I got Kucinich with Edwards in second.

I'll stick with Obama anyway thank you.

At least Romney, F. Thompson and Tancredo were in the "bottom of the barrel".

It apparently doesn't matter whether I put down that I am 'undecided' or that I support Hillary Clinton, as I am matched in both cases with former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee on 73.3% of the issues, followed by Mitt Romney, Duncan Hunter, and John McCain, in descending order.

Here's the rest of the pack:

Kansas Senator Sam Brownback (R) - 66.67%

Colorado Representative Tom Tancredo (R) - 63.33%
New York Senator Hillary Clinton (D) - 62.22%
Connecticut Senator Christopher Dodd (D) - 61.11%
Former Tennessee Senator Fred Thompson (R) - 60.00%
Wisconsin Governor Tommy Thompson (R) - 58.89%
Illinois Senator Barack Obama (D) - 55.56%
Former North Carolina Senator John Edwards (D) - 53.33%
---------------------------------------------

and the bottom of the barrel:

Delaware Senator Joseph Biden (D) - 48.89%
Former Alaska Senator Mike Gravel (D) - 48.89%
Ohio Representative Dennis Kucinich (D) - 48.89%
Businessman John Cox (R) - 44.44%

It seemed a pretty accurate quiz. I have only one lingering question, why didn't they compare me to Mike Gravel?! Maybe because the match was 0.00%.

I got Gravel as my #1 result. I actually like him, but this test is horribly skewed. There is no way in hell that Kucinich, Thompson, and Romney are all on my "top 5." Richardson, Obama, Biden, Paul and Gravel are (not necessarily in that order).

Dear God I must be some kind of lunatic to score Kucinich and Gravel as my top two, especially with that kind of agreement.  I'm also apparently supporting the Democrat with whom I agree the least on.  Roll Eyes  Otherwise this is pretty accurate ranking for me as far as the Democrats go.  All I'd have to do is move Kucinich and Gravel down between Dodd and Edwards and put Richardson at the top.
