ARG usually overestimates Clinton but it really looks like Edwards is done.

You can't compare polls from different firms like that. They have different methodologies

About this time 3 years ago, wasn't John Kerry also polling around 3rd or 4th place in Iowa and being dismissed by the media talking heads?

If you mean 4 years ago, the answer is yes.  He was in 3rd place in Iowa from about August to December of 2003.
