Two parties, 6 marginal electorates-12 players.

How would people feel about running a sim where the issues in the Australian election campaign become the issue for your campaign? It'd be fast and highly variabele, but also a lot of fun for those willing to get involved.

Every day a new issue will be put forward and each candidate will have to send their response to the Prime Minister or Opposition leader (in both cases me), who will then choose the best from each party to release as the party position. The 'winning policy' from each party will gain the politician who wrote it a point. Points will also be available for specific, local issues in individual electorates; whichever candidate has the best policy (based on input and functionality, not my own political views) will gain a point. Three points will also go to every member of the team which has the best overall platform based on a forum-member vote. Whichever candidate has the most points in an individual seat will win that seat, and the party that wins the most seats will win the election-with the government winning a 3-3 tie.

If you want in, please respond, listing the seat and party of your preference.
