The right wing party that runs against Giuliani will be called Democratic Party. It will not be a third party, nor will it run to the right of Giuliani.

Either that, or it will simply be called "Losers," since not only would they not win, but they wouldn't be protecting ANY of the things they believe in by causing Rudy to lose.

"You must not let Stalin win! Therefore, vote for Hitler!"

Hillary's not Stalin and Giuliani's not Hitler. But I've always hated that logic. People earn votes, they're not due them.

And from the perspective of right-wingers, a Giuliani presidency would be little different than a Hillary presidency. Trust me on this, Hillary if president will do everything she can to ensure she's not portrayed as weak on national security. That's why she won't go as far as her Democratic opponents on the war. Take away national security, and Giuliani's a Democrat on most issues. So it would be more advantageous in the long-term to ensure Giuliani loses so that the Republican Party will go back right for 2012 to run against Hillary. Just part of the Machiavellian wonder of politics.

Right-wing parties of the past have called themselves "American Party". I imagine that could be used. Although most likely if a third-party run happened it would be under the graces of the Constitution Party. Mainly cause they already have ballot status in half the states.

Republican Party, since I doubt he'll win the nomination.  Mr. <noun> <verb> 9/11 has more than just his positions as a problem.  However, he would make a good VP choice for Huckabee if he manages to win the nomination.  Romney would likely pick Huckabee and McCain definitely won't pick Guiliani while Thompson is definitely not winning the nomination.

Constitution Party obviously. No point in creating a new right wing third party.

That's the realistic answer. Realism sucks, though, unless we're talking magical realism.

With that in mind, how about The Club for Growth Party??

That'd be a Ron Paul/Giuliain splitoff from a GOP running Huckabee.

Or just the Conservative Party. They'd get on the Conservative ballot line in New York; why not extend that nationwide?
