How do you post pictures?  How do you put pictures in your signature?  I have tried different ways, but I have been unsuccessful.  I have tried copying and pasting pictures, but that does not work for me.

Is there any way to post photographs from my computer?  Is there any way to adjust the size of the pictures I find on the internet?

You can adjust the size, yes.  Click on help and then posting, or just quote this post to see exactly how I entered the code.

To upload images you have on your computer, you need to upload them up on a server somehow.  If you only have a couple images, and they're not too big, you can email them to me (colincamp@sbcglobal.net) and I'll upload it up on mine.

I cannot figure out how to post pictures from pages that have more than just the picture on them.  Do you know how, Keystone Phil?  When I tried to post my test results from politopia.com on the I’m getting more conservative thread, I was unable to.  I think it has something to do with the P1=__ &E1=__ .  I do not know what numbers to put in the blanks.

test

The polling map comes out, but my picture that I just posted on my new website does not.  Can anyone help me figure out why?

Here is the link to the site with the pic.  The link works to the web page I just created...

http://home.comcast.net/~cjpurdin/bushy.html

But why can't I get the picture to come out in my posting?  Or to work in my signature?  I converted the pic to a .gif file if that matters...

A little help over here...

Thanks.

You img'ed the whole html page. I edited your quote to just img the picture. Quote this to see the code.

The logo on that site has been broken up into two separate items.  I did a GIS for you and found this for you.  Any good?

nice, thanks!  i am wondering if it's possible to have the now apparently two separate pics to be brought together, the way it appears on the top of the webpage.

...or whether i can put in the other half -it just looks better with the words, 'Progressive Democrats of America, Supporting the Progressive Vote'.  i really like that banner on the national page....

You'd probably have to save the two images and edit them into one.

i'm embarassed to admit just how computer illiterate i really am, but how exactly do i do that?  what is the img address of the other image (if not the one i typed in at the outset)?  i still am not entirely sure why these are two separate images when the the PDA site listed the logo as one.  how did you find out that it was actually two images merged into one?
