-Central Asia is defined as the Muslim countries between Russia and Afghanistan -- Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan.  All of them but Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan have borders with Afghanistan.

And if he is alive, he won't let himself be caught. He'd kill himself before we got a chance to get him.

Just like Saddam Hussein.

The difference between the two is that Osama is a crazy fundamentalist and Hussein was an ex-dictator who wanted to stay alive.  Besides, if Osama is caught, not only does he shame himself and give much to the United States, but he's going to end up dying anyway.
