The Front for Oceanic Freedom fedration (F-OFF)has seen the breakdown of the USA as a way to liberate their American Samoa, Guamian and Hawaiian brothers. A force of 10,000 F-OFFers is ude to land on Kaui in any moment. American Samoa and Huam have already been occupied, and a fleet of F-OFF ships are surrounding the Hawaiian islands.

F-OFF has completely captured Hawaii, and it has proclaimed it's independence under new ruler, Hugh. He has depanded all former american nations recognise Hawaiian independence, and also their claim over the Alutes.

As F-OFF has no stake in mainlamd USA, we are preparted to recognise all current states in the former USA. We will ahppily trade ambassadors with every leader excluding Brambila, until he gives up his claim oin Hawaii and the Alutes.

We are an international confederation, incorporating Australia, PNG, Vanuatu, Palau, The Solomons, Fiji, Tonga, Tuvalu, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, New Zealand, Samoa, Kiribati, Nauru and Tokelau. Our leader is elected every three years, and there are no term limits. Hugh, R-AU, is in his second term.

We have liberated Hawaii into our confederation, and will make it a dependency for the next three years, when it can choose to become an independent nation within the confederation or remain a dependency. We also believe that former US states that border the pacific, as they have some copastal pacific islands, ought to be able to choose whether to stay under the right wing dictator Brambila or join as independent nation in F-OFF.
