Thompson still seems to be coming in 2nd or 3rd place in every poll in the South (outside of Florida).  I can only imagine how embarrassing his national numbers would be if he wasn't being propped up by the South.

That makes this entire poll suspect. Some states, maybe, but not South Carolina.

Paul has been running a heavy yet targeted direct mail campaign here in SC.  I must have gotten about 10 or so mailings from him in the past 6 weeks (probably because I voted in the 2006 GOP primary and runoff) and at most 1 piece from any of the others.  11% is certainly within reason.
