Off the top of my head I say Snowe, Schumer, Kennedy, Lieberman and Dodd, Specter, Biden, Mikulski, Byrd, Warner, Cochran, Pryor and Lincoln, Nelson and Hagel, Voinovich, Lugar and Bayh, Obama, Levin, Feingold and Kohl, Harkin and Grassley, McCain, Hatch, Reid, and Inouye.

Russ Feingold by far. No one has better judgement, higher ethical standards or more courage in the entire US Senate.

Aside from Obama, Evan Bayh is the only one who comes to mind. He may also be the only former Governor in the Senate, come to think of it... I can't think of any others, though that doesn't mean they don't exist.

Ben Nelson of Nebraska, Tom Carper of Delaware, Kit Bond of Missouri, Judd Gregg of New Hampshire, George Voinovich of Ohio, and Jay Rockefeller or West Virginia also served as Governor before they were elected to the Senate.
