I dont remember from previous times, but will we learn what the first results were vs. the final results...after the below 15% people were asked to pick 2nd choices

i think edwards is doing well in the smaller precincts reporting first where lots of people are going to a second choice

if clinton and edwards stay at 30% (with rounding) will the media call it 'tied for 2nd' or will the one with a fraction fewer be called 3rd?
