It's definitely looking like Michigan took some of the wind out of McCain's sails now, as most of the post-MI polls out of SC have shown his support softening there, and this poll has him falling back into a tie with Giuliani and Romney in FL.  (Plus, he's slipping in Rasmussen's national tracking poll.)  Of course, if he manages to win SC, his numbers in FL and nationally could pick up yet again.

Well, they pull from the same voter base, so 13% + 7% is 20%, making it a 4-way tie!
