What was the context of Obama saying "I can't tell who I'm running against?"
Hillary was quoting one of her deadbeat husband's attacks on Obama.

One has to wonder if Obama finds Clinton "likeable" now.

And yeah, Edwards is doing really good tonight, but its too late to matter for him I think.
He'll probably win 15-18% in SC.

What was the context of Obama saying "I can't tell who I'm running against?"

Clinton was talking about Reagan. Obama was suggesting that she was like Reagan (in the negative ways).
Don't forget the deadbeat philandering husband part... Tongue

Barack Obama has been endorsed by leading women such as female Senator Claire McCaskill, a woman who has fought for women's rights. Obama's proud that his wife, an advocate for female health care, has also fought for women. Obama is there for women.

Obama's last response was perfect. He succinctly made the case for change, avoided a verbal trap, and reinforced the tenets of his candidacy. For the first time all night, Hillary looked discombobulated and offered only a  disjointed response.
