I think ARG polled Illinois purely to make it as obvious as possible that their numbers are terribly wrong.

Im going to start doing random polling at the Supermarket and comparing it to ARG, no matter the state theyre doing, and Ill bet Im closer.

This poll also doesn't say much about how the delegates would go in IL. To do that they would need to have a breakdown by CD, or at least by region. If a candidate has pockets of support in certain districts it can convert to delegates. If the polls were uniform in all regions, the GOP race would act like winner takes all.

They even were nice enough to release it concurrent with a Rasmussen poll showing Obama at 60% in Illinois, just so we can be 100% sure these numbers are bogus.
