Paul's support is declining. He's losing to Rudy after he dropped out.

Except for 25% in Montana Tongue

And the 21% in North Dakota and the 15% in Minnesota. He also got 7% in New York. Alaska? You never know.

Romney's leading (with Huck a distant second) in the early Alaska results:

California results by Congressional District.

Though it's still early, indeed McCain is winning every congressional district in the state.

Would have expected Paul to do much better in Alaska.

Romney gets 90% in Utah

It sort of makes him look bad, ya know what I mean?

What on earth do you mean?  The good voters of Utah had no reason to support Romney so overwhelmingly other than his executive record and proven business experience.

Wow. My old county of Blue Earth voted for Paul. Guess all those Paul bumper stickers and lawn signs and the many RON PAUL REVOLUTION signs hung over bridges did account for something.

Has someone checked on the Congressional level? CNN saying that McCain won Los Angeles county doesn't count as checking its 15 or so districts.

Yes. there was the link in that post to results by CD. At the moment I checked (20 min ago), McCain was leading in all but two districts - in those two there wasn't any reporting.

Romney is now leading in the 21st District - barely. He also isn't terribly far behind in maybe 5-8 others.

So, current California Delegate Count:

McCain: 167
Romney: 3

Victory?

Regardless of whether Romney gets 3 delegates or 30 delegates from California, the game is over.  I really wonder how the polls could have been so wrong here, more than other places.

And if anyone was curious, Huckabee is not in range of winning delegates in any district

Karl Rove may be the devil Smiley  but he is a very keen politico.  Last night he called a good night for McCain when the raw #'s were that he was down 6%.  He is giving commentary on Fox right now that is straightforward and not being skewed by the morning morons.
