Umm... Mitt Romney would currently get 0 delegates in California

California results by Congressional District.

Though it's still early, indeed McCain is winning every congressional district in the state.

Speaking of New Jersey, NJ.com has an excellent town-by-town flash map of the results.

http://www.nj.com/elections/towns/index.ssf?/str/primary/results.asp?frmchart=flash

Fun fact: On the Republican side, it appears that John McCain carried every single municipality in New Jersey but three (not counting Atlantic County, whose data is missing from the map):

Fieldsboro (Burlington County): Romney won with 38.1%. Fieldsboro made the news a few years ago when then-Mayor Buddy Tyler passed an ordinance prohibiting yellow ribbons from public property. Fieldsboro's population as of 2000 was 522.

Teterboro (Bergen County): Romney won with 60%. Teterboro, population 18, had 6 registered Republicans as of 2004.  Teterboro is basically a town created around an airport.

Rockleigh (Bergen County): Romney won with 43.6%.  Rockleigh has a population of 393.
