Bollocks. Racism comes in many different forms, some of which aren't always so easy to spot.

Not especially; NOVA is one of the most bourgeois parts of North America.

NOVA does have a large Hispanic and Asian population, but as a whole in the state its still quite a bit smaller than the African American population.  Clinton will win with Asians & Hispanics in Northern VA and will win rural whites, Obama will win among African Americans and among whites in NOVA (by a large margin)
