We knew it was coming, but it wasn't official yet. So you're good.

Current delegate count is a whopping 2180. Will he reach 2200 before the day is up?

DNC Paula Zellner (WI) for Obama
DNC Ed Cote (WA) for Obama
DNC Sharon Mast (WA) for Obama
DNC Cheryl Chapman (SD) for Clinton
Rep. Michael Michaud (ME) for Obama

Sen. Tim Johnson (SD) from Obama to Clinton. He had said that he would vote for the winner of South Dakota but expressed in his statement that he does not currently anticipate there being a formal vote at the convention (just an acclamation, as usual) and still supports Obama. So this isn't really an endorsement. Cheryl Chapman above may have been a similar situation.

Like I said, she was probably going along with Tim Johnson. Otherwise, I just don't get it.

Anybody endorsing Clinton at this point (save for those endorsing her because she won their thingee/state) are demented.

DNC Claude "Buddy" Leach (LA) from Clinton to Obama

DCW says they will stop updating their lists after today, and since I kind of doubt Ben Smith will be posting Supers anymore either, I for one am not going to be able to find these anymore. So this thread is basically done.

I feel like a chapter in my life is ending now that the nomination is over Sad

If Clinton endorses Obama, does that mean she no longer votes for herself at the convention?  It's different for Edwards, Obama, etc. because they could be choosing between two candidates to decide the race.  Clinton will still have a whole lot of delegates.

In order for there to be a vote, someone has to force one, as happened in 2004, when Kucinich delegates forced a vote. If no one calls for a vote, Obama will be acclaimed, and I see no benefit to Clinton for her to force a vote (though it is possible--if unlikely--that some of her delegates will).
