Enough with the Mormon bashing threads, we might all have our personal feelings about the LDS, but those who dislike it have made their point.  Enough is enough.  I didn't have the board created so that people could use it as a medium to attack other faiths because they feel like it.

Just noticed the problem with the title of the thread... anyway, to his credit, yes he has, and that's good.  I'm saying I don't wanna see anymore threads on the topic that have titles like "Are Mormon's Christians"... "Is Mitt Romney a Christian"... "Do Mormon's derive sexual pleasure from slaughtering people"

yeah, I find it strange to ask if those that believe in Christ are Christians.  Obviously most of us aren't going to agree with the Mormon church, otherwise we would be Mormon.

I agree with that-anyone who believes in the divinity of Christ is a Christian.  'Nuff said.

They believe in Jesus as a prophet, but not in Jesus as the son of God/God on earth/whatever. Big difference even from my point of view.

That's a kind of gray area. We do believe that Jesus will come back to Earth and restore peace, but he (note that this word is not capitalized) is not divine in origin.
