To sum up, the Clinton campaign ended January $3.6 million in debt, excluding the loan ($4 million in primary funds minus $7.6 million in debts). The Obama campaign ended January with a $19 million surplus ($20 million in primary funds minus $1 million in debts).

Hillary Clinton will end this campaign with over $20 million in general election funds. It remains to be seen what she will do with that money.
