Conservatives are funny when they are mad. Plays and movies that are satire always make someone mad. Just relax and roll with it.

It doesn't imply this President, so therefore it's not a crime. It just says the President. It could be 20 years in the future, or whatever. I've seen shows that discuss the same topic. The characters are different, so It's not a federal crime to put on a satire like this, and yes, it's satire, because both sides are held in Negative light.

The idea is a bunch of idiots want to kill an idiot President. Neither side is portrayed well, and I suppose we'll continue to disagree.

It wouldn't matter to me. I'm very laid back. Whether Dem or Repub, It wouldn't matter to me, because it doesn't openly effect me, and because I really don't give a damn about actors putting on a play. This country has more important things to worry about.

I just heard about the whole phone the White House bit. I must now say that it is totally inappropriate, and they should not be allowed to take it that far. I don't see anything wrong with a play that takes itself lightly, but, when the audience is encouraged to break the law, I draw the line.
