Glasscock 10% for Paul, 6% uncommited. Explain?

If you live in a county called Glasscock, I guess it's hard to take anything seriously. (The Democratic primary there is more interesting: 2 votes, split evenly, with 20% reporting.)

Hillary will speak no sooner than 9 PM EST and then head to DC according to CNN.
Her heading to DC sounds like her campaign thinks it's at the very least done sufficent to fight on.
...they said she was simply "going home."

Never anything "simple" about the Clinton's movements during a campaign. Smiley

That said, "Going Home" is an interesting turn of phrase... but perhaps I'm reading too much into this?

I think they just meant spending the night at home but who knows.

Obama is winning in Dallas...
I think it might be over in Texas, if it keeps going this way in Houston, and if he makes it close in El Paso and San Antonio.

Dont jinx this... plenty of distance left to go in TX.
I don't want to jinx it but I am overly eager for Obama to win already. Tongue

Dont worry... just there's still a fair way to go yet.

That's all the Democratic votes we'll get from Loving County. They stuff the ballot on the other side.

What do you think turnout in Loving County will be? 125% of the population?

In the 2000 General Election, they had 125 votes even though the total population was 67

In the 2004 Democratic Primary, they had 52 votes, even though the population was 51

In the 2004 G.E., they had 80 votes, even though the population was estimated as 51

So turnout could be anywhere from 100% of total pop (not registered voters), to 175%

Red River County for Obama (OK border, near LA).

Katrina Dispora?

They aren't concentrated enough anywhere outside Louisiana, except Houston and San Antonio, to make a difference.

Supposedly a measure has passed in Brattleboro, Vermont which calls for the indictment of Bush and Cheney, meaning if they ever enter Brattleboro they are to be arrested. Awesome.

What? That's hilarious. Purple heart Vermont

So, with almost all of the 900.000 early votes counted, it looks like SUSA's early voting poll (50% Clinton, 48% Obama) was horribly wrong and BELO poll was most accurate in predicting a 59-41 early vote for Obama.
