It is not surprising that McCain is low. The more committed supporters in the Republican Party either supported Huckabee or Paul.

Not really. Kerry only got 70% in Pennsylvania, over a month after Edwards had dropped out.

I don't know if the Republicans are comfortable comparing McCain to Kerry though.

Nothing in from Scranton. Wilkes Barre is actually more of a dump than Scranton if that is possible.

On a complete aside, the real upset of the evening may be happening in Mississippi, where the Democrat is way ahead in the MS-1 special election (with only 12% in, usual caveats of wild swings with more in because of racial divides apply).
