Option 5 for me; I had baseball practice in a church 3 years ago.

Are we including synagogues here?  I've been in a LOT more of those.

Funeral a month ago.  A couple of years ago before that.  I went 3 times a week for the first 21 years of my life, I know what they are going to talk about.

Within the last week, but not for services. There was a comedy show in a nearby Presbyterian church that often lets its space for programs.

The last time I went to a service at a Church would have been September 2001. The last time I was in an actual Church was January 2005.

Six years ago for a funeral. Before that, perhaps 17 years? I've been told I was at a funeral where I kept saying something very obscene at the age of 4 or so. I guess that was the wrong time to test the limits of how many times I can say f*** in public.

Actual church, in Jordan, about 2-3 years ago (the year escapes me). It was an Orthodox church though.

Before that, an Anglican service in Riyadh.

Tour of the roof of Cologne cathedral. Roughly a month ago, I forget the exact date and voted 6 months.

Excluding family occasions or tourism, probably just over ten years ago.

Last night, for a meeting.  I'm on the search committee to find a new priest for our parish.

I went to church a few weekends ago, to see all of the lovely people I hadn't seen in a couple of years, but I don't attend regularly. I had forgotten how friendly the atmosphere was. I really enjoyed it. I might begin to visit more often than I have been lately. We'll see.

Specifically a church or a religious institution in general?

Was in a church back in...November, I believe.  In a synagogue in January.
