Chicago will probably win, but i'd prefer Rio. Both South America and Africa have never hosted the games, they should be given the chance too. The same is true for the middle east btw, but i don't think Doha has any chance.

Very hot probably (like everywhere in the Middle East). It's only possible to hold the olympics there in winter imho. According to wikipedia it's 104 F on average from May to September.

Why?
Where did you get the information that Cape Town will be awarded the 2020 olympics? Don't you think the 2010 World Championships play a role in this?
