It's too bad we can no longer count on ARG to be on the wrong side of the polling consensus.  In PA for example, they said Clinton +16, while the polling consensus was about Clinton +7.  So going by ARG's track record from the early primaries, when ARG was always on the wrong side of the polling consensus, we would have had to conclude that the actual result would be Clinton by less than 7 (or even Obama victory).  Now, we can't do that anymore, as they're sometimes on the right side of the consensus.

You can't always go by that, PPP had Obama winning PA and we can't trust that anymore either.

Hardly.  PPP badly screwed up Pennsylvania, but are still ranked among the top polling agencies so far this season.
