I like Mabus a lot.  I wanted him to run for governor a year ago, or for the Senate this year, and I'd love to see him on the ticket.  I can't imagine why Obama would choose him, but I won't be anything but happy if he does.

another thing about Mabus:
He went through a nasty divorce a few years ago.  He and his wife were having private counseling with an Episcopal priest.
Mabus convinced the priest to record private conversations with his ex-wife and then play them for him.  The priest was obviously expelled from the priesthood.
