Senator Russ Feingold (D-WI)

First elected in 1992, he is the state's junior Senator, and serves on the following Committees:
Committee on the Judiciary
Subcommittee on Administrative Oversight and the Courts
Subcommittee on Antitrust, Competition Policy and Consumer Rights
Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights and Property Rights (Chairman)
Subcommittee on Human Rights and the Law
Subcommittee on Crime and Drugs
Committee on Foreign Relations
Subcommittee on Near East and South and Central Asian Affairs
Subcommittee on African Affairs (Chairman)
Subcommittee on East Asian and Pacific Affairs
Subcommittee on International Operations and Organizations, Democracy and Human Rights
Committee on the Budget
United States Senate Select Committee on Intelligence
Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe

He defeated Bernie Sanders in the final round with 17/29 votes cast, or 58.6%.
