These threads are absolutely inane and retarded. Ask this in 1992. How many would say the Governor of Arkansas, the current President's son, and either a Chicago community organizer or Senator just involved in the Keating Five? There's a ton of other similar scenarios.

Of course the sheer stupidity of them and the idea that in the 2020s we'll still be dealing with the same people we have today is probably why they appeal so much to people like Naso, DWTL and constine.

1981:

-the Vice-President
-the former Governor of Arkansas who just lost reelection
-the son of the Vice-President.

1965:

-the former Vice-President
-the new House Minority Leader
-a State Senator from Georgia

etc. etc.

Aside from my original point:

Why do so many think a Jindal presidency is basically inevitable at some point? Jindal is currently the most right wing Governor in America. Also:

Northern Louisiana didn't change radically in 4 years, neither did Jindal's skin color. Simply the political context of the state. And even then Jindal notably underperformed in the area. I don't see anything that makes Jindal so strong of a candidate that there is no way he can be denied the Presidency.

If Mark Warner had in any interest in running for President why didn't he this year?

How could he have  competed with the Clinton and Obama fundraising juggernauts?

He took himself out of running before Obama even entered the race.
