Playing as Perot in 1992, I saved up all my adverts and ran them all on the last possible day of campaigning whilst recruiting footsoldiers in the ECV rich states and spinning all the Bush and Clinton scandals.

Bush / Quayle 33% winning 122 ECV's
Clinton / Gore 31% winning 179 ECV's
Perot / Stockdale 36% winnng 237 ECV's

So naturally it went to the House which was GOP controlled and Bush won

With Ross Perot and Bill Clinton being the two highest Electoral College vote receivers the House of Representatives would have decided between Perot and Clinton who would become 42nd President of the United States. With the House of Representatives being controlled by the Democratic Party, the House would have selected Governor Clinton and he would have become 42nd President of the United States as in RL.
