Yeah this is an easy game, you have to make a map of the matchup above you provided by another poster and then make one of your own.

And OK is only Republican because no 3rd Party can get on the ballot.

So you really think that many working class people would vote for Paul because of Kucinich's more nuttier beliefs?

You've permanantly etched yourself on my sh*t list.

Okay, I'm not really ticked off, but Muskie became a hero of sorts of mine when I first started learning about Maine political history and I think he would have done better than McGovern, although I think he showed in the primaries that if he had been the nominee he would have lost pretty badly.  There would likely have been fewer coattails though (how many seats did the Republicans gain in the House and Senate that year) and 1974 would likely have been even worse for the Republicans had the Watergate scandal broken without McGovern having added some of his image to that of the party.  Perhaps the cover up would have started to really break during the campaign had Muskie who was the most obvious target early on of Republican dirty tricks been the Democratic nominee.  McGovern might have distracted the nation's attention from something fishy going on, and not in a good way for him and his party obviously.

Phil Bredesen/Mike Easley (D): 320 EV
Bob Riley/Charlie Crist (R): 218 EV

I really have no idea how his matchup would occur in 2008, however judging the climate of the 2008 Presidential Election I assume that Tennessee Governor Phil Bredesen would defeat Governor Bob Riley of Alabama. Anywho onwards to the next matchup:

2008: Richard Lugar/Christopher Shays (R) vs. Zell Miller/Harold Ford (D)

Hard guess but, I think is a win for Lugar despite the fact that he is 75 years old.

Lugar/Shays: 304
Miller/Ford: 234

Try Susan Collins/Sarah Palin vs. Nancy Pelosi/Claire McCaskill
