Has Atlasia ever had a criminal case?  If not, it would seem this newly created Bar will be like the Maytag Man.

I might add, that if I were representing a defendant, my first bit of advice would be to deregister, and re-register. Smiley

Yes...it has.  And the Bar bill was created in response to it (aka Atlasia v. Keystone Phil aka Jessica Wallerstein)

I'd suggest, although I feel it is improper for me to nominate, someone nominate TCash to the bar.

What are TCash's qualifications? Is he in residence?

He's a former member of the court and has posted a few amicus briefs.  Other than that, I'm not sure what other qualifications he holds.

I'm submitting an application pending my resignation becoming effective.
